Founded in 2023 by Omar De Guise and Jadd Chahal, Citadel was built on a single belief — that everyday Australians deserve access to the same quality of research, data, and strategic thinking that billion-dollar companies use when making property decisions.

Why Citadel Exists
Before Citadel, Omar and Jadd watched the same pattern play out repeatedly. Australians who wanted to build wealth through property were being let down by an industry that relied on gut feel, personal networks, and surface-level research. The buyers agents operating in the market were largely working from the same limited pool of data, making recommendations that felt confident but lacked the analytical foundation to back them up.
Jadd had spent years as a commercial data analyst for billion-dollar companies, building the kind of rigorous, multi-variable research frameworks that institutional investors take for granted. Omar had built and scaled businesses from the ground up, recognised the opportunity that existed in the buyers agency space, and understood what it would take to serve everyday Australian buyers at an institutional standard.
Together they founded Citadel with a clear purpose: to give mums, dads, first-time investors, and seasoned property buyers access to the same depth of research and strategic thinking that large institutions deploy — packaged into a transparent, end-to-end process that removes the guesswork entirely.

We analyse 15,500 suburbs across Australia using a multi-variable data model that covers economic diversification, market size, population dynamics, infrastructure maturity, rental performance, inventory holding periods, capital risk, appreciation signals, and low risk profile — overlaid with a qualitative judgement layer that data alone cannot provide. No other buyers agency in Australia has documented and systematised their research methodology to this level.
The 8-Stage Client Process Citadel operates an eight-stage client journey from strategy through to post-purchase review. Every client receives a personalised strategy session, a data-driven region and suburb analysis, an active property search campaign, and a 30-page Pre-Purchase Property Report before committing to any property. Six months after settlement and annually thereafter, we review the performance of every asset we have helped a client purchase.
Licensed Australia-Wide Citadel holds real estate licences across all Australian states and territories and is a member of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA). We operate with full independence — we do not accept commissions, referral payments, or incentives from developers, vendors, or any third party. Our only obligation is to our clients.
